Hi everyone,

I'm off to Christchurch on Friday, sadly only for a visit and not permanently :( .

Originally this was planned as a job hunting trip, but now we have been granted PR I'm also under instructions to look around the suburbs to get a view on places to live.

I'm got some interviews lined up, only with agencies so far but hopefully they may lead to something more :hopeso

I'm going to staying at a Backpackers in Central Christchurch (thanks to Veronica) so If anyone fancies saying hello while I'm over there PM me, it would be good to put some faces to the names on the forum.

Anyway I'm off to start packing and give Lisa instructions that she has to have the house sold by the time I get back.

Hi Andy - hope you've had a good trip. So what are your first impressions of Chch?
