Can someone please restore my peace of mind about what I think is oudated info. in the NZIS Ops. Manual?
In SM 11.15.1 -- the section on recongnizing part-time work -- it says
"Credit for part-time work experience may be given on a proportional basis.
Example: Four years work experience for 15 hours per week is equal to 2 years work experience for a 30-hour week, and therefore qualifies for one point."
I think that phrasing, which is dated Dec. 2003, mistakenly was left in from the days of the General Skills Category. Because 2 years full (or 4 years part time) work experience actually qualifies for 10 points (not one point).
Agreed?
Cheers,
Matt.
