If you go to interest.co.nz, they have a comparison table of all the accounts and fees e.g. Cheque accounts (http://www.interest.co.nz/chequeaccount1.asp).

I haven't seen the fees change but I would guess that there is some movement over time with cost / competition fluctuations.
