I want to know if I have to let my previous and current employers know that they might be contacted by NZIS?

I am submitting my EOI no job offer, claiming bonus points for skills and qualifications.

The thing is that my current employers dont know that I am in the process of emigrating...

Hi Jamie,

I understand they do to confirm the details of your experience. However, this is only done once you've submitted your ITA, so by that stage you should be fairly close to gaining PR and thus resigning.

I applied with qualis and experience and they did not contact my employer at all.
Make sure you have the right info and proof and you will be OK.
