I'm busy filling in my application for a general work visa, and most of it seems pretty straight forward but I'm just a little stuck on a couple of questions,

A17-emailing instructions to check application online.
Where do I put my email address?

A19-listing all periods of employment, including self employment.
There seems to be very little space to fill this in and do you need proof of all employment?

For A17 see A15 (that's what I filled in)
A19 - I just gave a very basic run through of work and just put final title for position. This is not a job application. I did not provide any proof of any work at all.

I've now nearly finished my application but saw one question I hadn't done

Q.A14-Name and address of any friends, relatives or contacts I have in NZ.
Can I put my employers?

A14 - I put down the name of my supervisor

A17 - I left that one blank

A19 - Listed my last 2 jobs and that covered the last 10 years
