He is still about, just gone a little shy on us for a while.

I think the pressure is getting to him, so can't blame him for lying low for a little while.

Let's hope when he comes back to us full time (so to speak) he's got a wealth of good news to impart.

Do we really need a 3rd topic wondering where i am?

Sorry thats not a moan John, but having been through the Immigration process i am sure you are aware the weeks........ months it can take. Its only 2-3 weeks since i last posted news. I can assure should anything change i would let you all know ;)

Although as you guys brought it up, i think i would love to be packing to be honest (yea, freinds and family sounds good), the NZ dream just hasn't worked out, and doesn't look like it will! But with just dollars in my bank theres not much chance of that. I would have left this country 2-3 months back if i had the chance, but alais i in life's biggest catch-22 situation. My bank say in about 10days time i will be credit blacklisted here and then really there be no point settling here in NZ at all really. All because Immigration cant get there act together, well that and the banks being like brick wall's!

Sam its not shyness my friend, pure depression i would say. Never really understood how people have a medical condition of depression (cheer-up i would say). But honestly for the past 2-3 months i understand there plight, sleeping forever would be a peaceful blessing right now......

"Credit blacklisted" are you serious!???!!? Does NZIS tell the banks to do that or do the banks just do it themselves? Did the NZ Medical Assessor ever get back to you with a final answer?

I have been aware of your situation, hence why I started this thread.
