As some of you would have read this week we've been having problems trying to sell our house and we decided to put it up for rent at the begining of the week.

Had someone round to view it today and we now have a tenant!!! who wants to move in ASAP and atleast by Easter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The are a family who have be relocated to our areas cos of his job and the want to rent before buying to check out the area ..... so with a bit of luck they will love the area an fall in love with the house and want to buy it from us in 6 / 8 mohths time :hopeso :hopeso :hopeso

Anyway best get my ar$e into gear with the movers / packing and stuff. Currently looks like we fly out mid to late April

Sounds like best of both worlds - a rental income in £s whilst settling down in Dunedin and chance of a sale when you may need it! :hopeso
