As mentioned before immigration are now happy with my wifes job offer for senior recruitment consultant for a firm in tauranga, they dont seem to have an issue that the role is made up of basic + comm, their exact words were that they are happy the role offered matched the anzsco requirememnts.
They have said however they are now investigating the company to make sure the company have a long term future etc and have asked the employer for a 5 year plan before they invite us to apply.
The company are global and have offices worldwide, but the tauranga branch is a franchise and only employ 5 people currently, is their some sort of rule saying the company must employ a certain amount of people?
This process is starting to get to be a pain, anyone know if its easier to get in to oz?
