Hello all! My wife and I are planning our eventual move to New Zealand hopefully within the next 6 months, along with our 3 kids. I know this sounds like a crazy idea but we both feel it's time for a change and a fresh start.

I do have quite a bit of questions for those who have taken the same path, but I would reserve those questions for a different thread. Hope to chat with most of you in the forums.

L-cube, there's nothing crazy about wanting to leave the craziness of USA, we did it over two years ago and there are no regrets whatsoever, just keep in mind that NZ is NOT the US and that one can't expect things to be the same here, it's all different and most of the time, better..

but as Andresja says, it's different here, you cannot expect it to be the same. For instance, when shopping (for just about anything) there is far less selection.
