Hi All – just a quick question regarding ITA.

Does everyone have an interview from NZIS before your ITA is approved, we are currently in NZ on a work permit and submitted our ITA last week.

From what I've seen other people say, I don't believe you have to have an interview if you've already got a job offer - and in your case, I presume you must have an actual job.

I would go one step further, the main purpose of the interview is to gauge how well you will settle in NZ. If you are already living in NZ then there would be little point in having the interview (IMO).

Certainly we never had an interview when applying from NZ for PR but as is likely to be the case we were already working.
