Hi all
I am a director of 2 companies. One is a finance company and the other is a distribution company.
On my EOI I have selected finance manager for my job. With my qualifications (level 3) and insurance agent on the list (we have an insurance agency in the company) then I get the points.
If I close down the finance company due to market conditions, is there a time frame that I can continue to use these categories or should I change the EOI to reflect my new situation?
As a director of the distribution company, I could select the director option or keep to being a finance manager as I perform the same role for the company but my qualifications arent that relevant and i couldnt select insurance agent off the list anymore.
help!!! ive only got a measly 110 points as it is and have worked in skilled senior positions for 10 years.

cant find the edit button but have another question.

when checking "managing director" on the anzco list it states "Indicative Skill Level:
In Australia and New Zealand:

Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1)."

does this mean that as i have 5 years experience as a director then i can tick the recognised post graduate qualification parts? although i have no formal qualifications in these field but have the relevant experience?
