I know the idea of the medical is so as not to be burden on the NZ NHS.
I have been prescribed today some medication that can affect my liver function. I have to have blood tests weekly to check it is ok but this could affect my tests. Will they take this into account if the LFT is outside of normal parameters?
I dont drink alcohol at all btw.
cheers

if you tlak it through with the doc doing the medicals and they can add some notes to your medical about it you should be alright, although that's just an educated guess ;)

yes a supporting letter explaining your results will help, and may in the long run save time and money. My OH had to go see a liver specialist who told him all is ok and wrote a letter to accompany his findings. If this was done initially it would have saved him £678 in blood tests and a scan.
