My son........Craig.....rescued it within an inch of it's life apparantly.
(He almost got run over himself doing it but he didnt seem to perturbed about that)

So....he brought it home in his school jacket - and was feeding it apple (chopped finely if you please!) on my best tablecloth on top of the dining room table when I walked in unexpectedly from school yesterday.



I went OFF it.

He made it a housebox and it is currently in his bedroom!
Got to admit - it's quite cute (just a baby)
We are SUCH a dysfunctional family!

Errr, do you know just how many fleas are on a hedgehog!!????

I rescued one in my Girl Guide hat once and mum made me throw both out !!

Although I should mention that these fleas are specific to hedgehogs and won't stay on humans.. but eewwwwww!
