Hi All,

My sister has a 3 bedroom, fully furnished (EVERYTHING inc. linens, towels and crockery) available for rent in Torbay from 15th Sept until Feb 2009.

Is is available for either all or part of that period. Another forumite is currently renting in until their shipping arrives mid-September.

The rent is $500 per week. All the utilities are already there (inc. phone number and broadband) and will remain in her name and the tenant just pays the bills they use. No pets.

My sister and brother-in-law live on a bus that they are currently doing up on the property.

If anyone is interested please pm me and I'll put you in touch with her for photo's etc.

Cheers,

Nanny Ogg :)

Hi there everyone

Would just like to say thet I am currently renting the above property and can recommend it to everyone . It is spacious , extremely clean and the 'landlords' who are living on the premises are really wonderful and helpful . They do not need access to the house and is as far away as nextdoor neighbours anyways . No tenants fee to pay and flexible notice period, can't ask for more to start off while looking for unfurnished and waiting for furniture to arrive . Very good schools in the area as well .

Welcome to PM me as well if any questions.

Annelize

Hi All,
Just an update on this 3 bed, fully furnished home in Torbay.

It will be available again for short term let from late April. It is fully furnished and is an ideal base if you arrive and are awaiting your shipping and choosing where you want to live,

The owners (my sister) will for the most part be away travelling on their bus but on the odd occassion they are back in Auckland they park at the end of their property and have no access in to the house - please see post above by Annaleze (Angelofamily) as she has rented this property and then recommended it to someone else.

If you would like any further info please PM me :)

Thanks,

NannyOgg

Remembering Nanny's cookbook in the novel - all the recipes were aphrodisiacs!

Hello All - Just bumping this thread up again as the 3 bedroomed house in Torbay outlined in the first post of this thread will be available for short-term rent again from early / mid december onwards. Sister is heading south for the best part of a year and may only only once or twice in that time need to park their bus on the driveway (see previous posts!). At present there is a phone line there but not connected.

Fully furnished and an ideal place to stay until you find somewhere to live and your container arrives :)

PM me or text my sister on 00 64 2111 04230

Thanks, Nanny
