Having sent in the ITA along with the requested proof of nursing registration, I later found out that the CO needed to 'sight' my Annual Practising Certificate. I'd sent in the original which had expired on the 30th June. Cut a long story short, after much to-ing and fro-ing with paperwork etc. my contact at Geneva Health informed me last week that the application had been processed but had missed the post so would be sent out this Friday.

It's Just Arrived!!

Needless to say, I'm a VERY happy bunny! :D

One step closer, now here's hoping that no medical issues crawl out of the woodwork!? :(

They need a report from OH's GP...hypertension (Which is controlled with meds) dyslipidaemia & abnormal liver function tests (Which are probably due to the meds he's on for BP).

Hopefuly the last hurdle!? :roll

We'll get there in the end....I hope!? Fingers crossed that the GP's feeling helpful.....

Yes, the BP and Cholesterol are under control with meds. We declared it at the medical and the panel Dr deemed OH medically fit. I guess that immi just have to be sure.....could be an underlying liver problem. I'm sure that all will be ok, just a case of wait and see.....AGAIN!! Aaaarrrggh...the delightful ups and downs of the rollercoaster!

OH's got an appointment for next Wed....hopefully his Dr will play nice and sort it!?
