I have had my medicals forwarded for assessment as I have Crohns, have had it for 26 years, don't need to see any consultants have not had to take meds for years, work full time in a stressful job. Have had surgery in the past but well now for years.

Anyone else had this or been referred for anything and it came out ok??

Just need a bit of reassurance really.

OH has Ulcerative Colitus and we were refered for assessment. It was fine, we still had PR in three weekes (we were in the country and working at the time). I also know of another forum member with Colitus and think they had no problems either.

:yes generally if you can provide statements from the appropriate specialist the MA is happy with this (getting them to admit they finally have enough information telling them you are fine is another thing!)

They have info from my consultant giving all my details of past surgery so fingers crossed. Thanks for replies they are reassuring.
