Well after my 3rd set of "Extra" tests and many many $$$$$ later, the Cardiologist today confirmed officially what my Doc had already told immigration..

Namely that my heart is all good and no problems found. He obviously advised i need to shed more weight which is as expected and i have been. But he is letting immigration know that theres no issues with my heart or cardiovascular system.. :cheers

Shame the MA needed me to spend hundreds of extra $$$ to confirm what the doc had already said though...

Ah well... :)

Bittersweet yes, i cant deny i am going to enjoy showing them (my consultants) his report after last week they said to me "no,clearly your doctor is wrong and there is a problem with your heart else the assessor wouldn't worry about further evidence, your doctor is probably not as qualified as them!"

Ha, my doctor was spot-on in the first place ;)

Either way its good to know my little heart is pumping away fine as mother nature intended! Now just to get some more weight off...

Yay, edging closer.....

I read the title of this thread and starting singing Feargal Sharkey Songs...

A good heart these days is hard to find
True love, the lasting kind
A good heart these days is hard to find
So please be gentle with this heart of mine

etc.....

Soon you'll be doing Teenage Kicks too, hopefully

:nice1

I'm very happy for you, and sad that you had to go through all that. I hope it doesn't effect your immigration mood too much...

Good luck with the weight loss Lee
If you have any quick win weight loss ideas please let me know as even the thought of summer coming & getting out on the beach isn't helping my motivation, bought a cross trainer 2 weeks ago & it's still sitting in the hall waiting for me to get it into place & use it, currently being used as a coat stand :wah

Ceroc seems pretty popular at least down here in chilly Christchurch. Great way to socialise as well.
