Hi,

Could you pls advice what to do if your profession is on the Immediate Shoratege list?

Do we ge points for it or its just another list???

I read some where that we can apply for a Work Permit withot a job offer but I am not very sure.

Appreciate any assistance

If your profession is on the ISSL it helps when/if you have a job offer. Other than that it doesn't seem that useful. :p
Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

I don't think it makes a difference either.
My profession is on the ISSL but I didn't get any points for it on the EOI (there's no option to indicate ISSL professions).
However, when I was applying for my work permit it DID make a difference. After getting a job on the ISSL list I was issued a visa on the spot.
