Hi,
I came across this community while doing some research for a Geography course at the University of Auckland. I think the forum such a great idea to help out those considering New Zealand as a place to live!
I am a Kiwi, but I am half Filipino, and I am from Whangarei but now study in Auckland. My research is based on migration to Napier and the Hawkes Bay within the past ten years. Sorry if this is not the pace to post about it, but I would be interested to have a chat with some recent migrants about their experiences moving to Napier and about what attracted them to Napier. I am on a field trip to Napier and Hastings this week and can meet up in either city on Tuesday Sept 2nd (tomorrow) or Wednesday Sept 3rd so let me know if you are interested.
