Hi everyone,
We've purchased a couple of electronic spider repellers here in the UK in preparation for the whitetails when we get out there, dont want to be finding them in our house!! Was just wondering can you buy these devices out there in NZ?
Thanks
Kat

Good question.
I've never seen a spider repeller here, but then i've not really looked.
I'll keep my eyes open and look out for them.
Whitetails are a real pest here.:(:exit

We have one of those bug thingys on the wall, which sprays out every few mins ?
Lots of people i gather have their houses sprayed over here.
Only had once encounter with a whitetail -thats enough - my probs once weather gets warmer are the mozzies!

We had quite a few last summer.
And working as a sparky, they seem to jump out at me in the most unexpected places.:wah
I hate the damn things!!

I used a bunch of them in the UK. They don't work.

I have never seen or heard anywhere that the electronic things work, I'm afraid.
The Robocans are good with flying insects, but are not strong enough for spiders (it takes quite a bit to kill them). The best way to deter whitetails is to remove their food source by keeping the house free of daddy-longlegs spiders, both inside and out. Fortunately whitetails are not aggressive, and there is alot of evidence that their bite is not as bad its reputation.

Out of curiosity, where did you buy the repellers?
I feel the need to re-do the stuff coming out in the container, when it comes to either spiders :exit or shoes, well, I'm afraid the sacrifice will just have to be made for the greater good!

OMG THEY JUMP AS WELL?......THATS IT CANCEL EVERYTHING....I'M NOT COMING:wah

We bought our spider repeller from this place:
http://www.primrose-london.co.uk/spider-repeller-whole-house-p-1277.html?gclid=CNqH54b5wZUCFQwsGgodMlcIQg&source= googleads
Only cost £23 so not too bad, so far so good - not seen any since we plugged it in. A definate worthwhile investment to stop those whitetails!!
Cheers
Tony
