DHL are refusing to collect my passport / documents from NZIS London on the basis that it is an embassy / consulate. They reckon I can pay €1500 for a 'special' collection.

I then called TNT, they reckon they can collect - will be €150, but need phone numbers etc to arrange for the collection.

I know who my case officer is - his name is what I am using to get the collection done - what phone number do I use? There is never numbers on the website - not unless you count the premuim rate call centre numbers.

Anyone had a courier or similar collect documents from NZIS London?

Thanks

Thanks.

TNT collected (at more than twice DHL's price). DHL are now saying they can attempt it. Ill use them for the next set of passports / documents once ready.

I got my Case Officer's number - so should be sorted now going ahead if needed.
