I need to contact Immigration New Zealand London Branch to give them more financial information that I don't want to send via email. The number I have from the site is +64 9 914 4100 from outside the UK (operator available 7 am to 7 pm (New Zealand time). Is there an actually United Kingdom number to call? Or at least a more secure way to give them financial information? I have emailed but have not received an answer from them yet.

Have you been allocated a Case Officer? When we had our ITA through, the cover letter gave our CO's contact info, including how best to contact her.

The only 'general' number I have is the same as the one you have....sorry!
