Hello everyone

I am from the far North of England, both myself and my partner are looking to emigrate to NZ in approx 1 - 2 years time.

We are going to run a guest house so that we can hopefully apply for a business visa and I also have the skills as a fuel tanker driver which would also get me in.

The plan is to buy a Motel or a B&B in NZ :)

Thanks for the welcome, I am just about to finish my last day at work. Getting my redundancy which is a bonus and will help kick start the B&B. We are planning to open before the end of the year subject to planning approval etc.
