Hi, I will be arriving in NZ in few mos going on WHV then transferring via family stream after me and my Kiwi Fiancee get married. But, I was wondering what type of work is generally easy to get and fast. I want to work doing anything part time while I find the job I really want. Thanks everyone for your help.

I'd say that even if you could get an "anything" type of job in the first week, you probably don't want to. One of your biggest selling points as an immigrant is your immediate availability. If you take a part time job, you then make job finding so much more difficult. Every agency you sign up with (people normally go with about 5) will want to see you face to face before they even send off your CV to employers. That's going to take a fair amout of time out of your first couple of weeks.
