I am happy, Ben is very happy; We hit the 4 months mark today so way to go! For me the turning point was moving into our own place. Moving from one short-term accommodation to the next made me feel unsettled and disgruntled despite the opportunity to leave the dust behind for someone else to clean... Ben has been walking around with a goofy smile since we arrived so perhaps he finds change easier than I do. Anyway, with spring on the doorstep and a place to call home, we are both looking forward to an exciting year, living in the North Island and traveling in both islands.

4 months and one week in we're both happy. Now that OH has a job I'm sure we're well on the way to very happy.
Would love to try the SI but for me at the moment after 11 months of winter, the warmer weather up here has it. Give me 12 months here, maybe I'll change my mind :o
