Our lovely tenants, Helsandfamily are moving on ( :-( ) so our (furnished) house in Whitby is available to rent from next week.

It is in walking distance of the 3 Whitby primary schools, the shopping centre and parks etc. It is also right on the bus route to the train station at Porirua (and Paremata in "rush" hour).
4 Bedrooms, large lounge, upgraded kitchen, seperate dining room, small study, conservatory and deck, and a fully fenced section.
It has recently been decorated throughout, and has new carpets in the bedrooms and polished floors in the living area.

It is purposefully set up for new immigrants waiting for their container to arrive,
ie beds, linen, heaters, kitchen equipment, fridge, washing machine, dining table, TV, kids' toys, etc etc are all there.
It has seen Helen and Keith and their boys through the first few weeks that they have been here, without a problem.
(It would also be a good base for anyone on a recce as it has close access to SH1 and SH58)

Got to add my twopence (or 2 cents worth) The house is fab, in a great location as Carol says, and the help support and advice given by Carol and her family has been Awsome. It has been a great place to base ourselves for Wellington, and it only the fact that OH has a job lined up in Auckland that we are moving on.
