I notice a lot of people have put in pretty high salary expectations like 200K extra per annum, I assume this is because they don't want to get approached by agents offering them jobs - or they are just really optimistic!

I think this survey might really take off, in the section I was looking at last night there was about 80 replies, this morning about 100.
