I dont watch soaps or much tv ....so wont miss the tv much ....

but ....I do love E4 ....which is mainly American programmes like ER ,6 feet under ,desperate housewives....

are they shown in NZ ..... :hopeso

I gave up TV a long time ago....
apart from NZ ads which are quite entertaining as they are so bad - but appear so regularly they cant be ignored.

Kenny loves watching stuff like CSI and Law and Order - is that what you mean?

ER is on telly here and wife swap plus lots of other American Stuff. :nice1 NZ orientated telly is a bit naff and they also have a UK tv channel with OLD british stuff that probably no brit here watches!
TV is definately not the best here :wah

The TV is terrible here, Eastenders & Corro (as Coronation Street is known) are so far behind the UK that we won't have to watch them for a couple of years.

Not sure about ER - think that's on - they seem to like hospital dramas.

I think Desperate Housewives is coming soon... (if not its started & I've missed it!)

There are a lot of films on normal TV which are quite good (we've cancelled our Movies package from Sky as we never watched it) - the sports on Sky are good - you get more footie than in the UK!!!

Top Gear is shown here that we both quite enjoy.

I must say though we hardly watch TV - I don't know if that's because it is so bad or because there's so much else to do here! :?
