Says ' no live trace', which i thought was great news but it actually means there is info held on me, not a conviction or anything but some sort of warning.

Is this going to affect my application?

To be honest my wife and i (then girlfriend) had a drunken argument with a cabbie about 8 years ago in Leicester Square when we were young and I kicked his car, I was arrested and cautioned, but the police told me it would dissapear from my record in 3 years.

Really concerned now, surely something so minor couldnt stop our aplication could it?
