Hi !
Would just like to ask if NZIS medical team would deny my residence application if they would find out that I have suffered from extra Pulmonary Tuberculosis. I was cleared by my doctor and have my sputum tested and everything is negative. One thing more how strict they are when it comes to Class II Obesity of a certain individual.
TIA,

Hi jowel,
My husband is also obese, class II. He is our principal applicant. I don't think that NZIS will deny your application because of obesity. Were working on our work visa application right now, trying to submit all the docs next week here in Manila. I'll let you know if they will question his condition.
btw, hope to see ya in the PHIL. MEET :P

Hi Jowel,
My husband post his experience in Applying for Work Visa here in NZIS-Manila, Its in the next tread "MENTALLY TORTURED" His experience was TERRIBLE!
anyway, your concern is the medical issue.
The Officer asked us to open the sealed envelop in front of her. She scan the medical form and everytime she saw an entry like BP 130/90, Obese level II etc. she will marked it X using a black marker. Inform us that she will consult this to the doctors in NZIS " " (I forgot the branch) this will make the process much longer, she says.
This medical issue is not alarming for us now. The QUALIFICATION issue
really bothers us.
I feel that I am also MENTALLY TORN. I think we can't attend the PHIL MEET. We can't sleep nor eat.
Hopeless,
malou
