Any one any idea how long we will have to wait?.
I have job offer and employer wants me to start in November but only just got my medicals back so application will be sent on Friday once ive checked everything is completed ok.

Any tips or advice would be great..cheers guys.

have a look at my recent time frame my WTR took a week providing you have no health issues if you are sponsoring partner ofr children for some reason they take longer I would submit them all at the same time again it will depend on health

We were in a similar situation just a few weeks ago, we (principal applicant with job offer, partner and two kids) applied for general work visas (student visas for the kids) with medicals. It took only a few weeks but we were worried as Immigration London said it would take much longer due to a backlog. We hassled them (expensive phone calls) and pressed the issue of our booked flights and more importantly (to them) an urgent job start!

Other than that, as far as I know there's nothing else that can speed it up.
