Hi

Is it best to send Certified copies (by lawyer), with your ITA, or the originals with a photocopy.

Always worry about sending originals and then again, why waste money on a lawyer if they need to see them anyway.

Also the change on the 4th April does this mean my ITA can be received on the 4th or does it have to be before, ie on the 1st April as 4th is a monday).

Thanks all There should be an Emoticon scratching it's head. so use your imaginations.

Medicals tomorrow, so no drinking, and it's my wedding anniversary. Booze up tomorrow.

We intend to send originals with the required photocopies. I've also taken photocopies of the whole ITA just in case the lot gets lost in the post :wah
As you say, spending your money having copies certified doesn't guarantee that NZIS won't want to see originals.
I intend to send the whole lot by Special Delivery as soon as the medicals get returned (any day now ? :hopeso ).

John.

we'll be using our passports for an overseas trip so we'll be sending a mix of certified copies and originals... plus photocopies of each document inserted in between (just to make sure).

as for the deadline, my CO said "on or before" meaning the receiving branch should have your ITA on the April 4th. best not to try beating it. :nice1
