Bottle lake forrest ChCH

Hey everyone
My flatmate took me to bottle lake forrest today for a run after work! what a fantastic place and soo close to home! We basically went for a 10k run and it was great fun! lots of interesting terrain and not in the slightest bit boring!
Saw lots of other runners plus lots of people on bikes going on their tracks!
Highly recommended for an explore

Hey Andy do want to buy a house as only 1 min from forrest :nice1
It's a great place, we have had brill fun in there and will be sorry to leave it behind if we move, also Spencer park is at the northern end :clap

haha not quite in a position to buy yet, renting is my only option! sounds an amazing location tho

was soo nice not to have to pay for parking too! anywhere remotely nice back home costs money to get into and park!

Haven't done the Bottle Lake forest bike ride yet, but OH and DD have. The one at Mcleans Island is pretty fab too though. Just up past the airport - opposite Orana Park.

Love Bottle Lake Forest... plus some pretty cool night-time biking through the forest, too...
As Debs said, MacLean's Island 10km bike course is good, too... :nice1
