Hi all

We are having a bit of a hard time with all the ITA requirements... Ain't everyone :wah

Regarding certified documents, I know we must send originals and copies. But for which documents should we send certified copies? For everything? Or is the certified copy only used for those documents which you are not sending your original.

Regarding translation, if we are sending all the support for our work experience qualifications, does this mean tax reports, salary slips and all have to be translated aswell?

Hello,

For translation, you have to translate documents which are not in English, for myself I did the translation (via certified translation that I got his address from the NZ consulate in Amman) for my birth certificates, marriage certificate and police clearance. I also submit the originals since I don't need them in the coming period.

As per my college and highschool transcripts, work contracts and recommendations were already submitted in original since they are in English.

Regarding certification, we only did it for our passports since we need it for our regular travels, I certified them in the NZ consulate in Amman, I submit originals and copies and they just stamped "True Copy of Original"

The medical form is available in the website, you just submit it to the doctor and the doctor has to fill it in English as well as for the the lab medical test which result should be in English.

The doctor just handed me a sealed envelope were, that I just forward it to NZIS branch in Wellington. I did not forward the X-Ray films.
