Hi all
Well at 13:20 today 7th October DHL took the parcel containing our ITA and is now en route to NZ House, in London.
Time to start biting the nails (some more).
Anyone want to guess at how long they might take to process?
I'm hoping for 6-8 weeks ..

Are you applying for PR? If you are, then 6-8 weeks would be quite quick! The waiting is hard, so pace yourself with the fingernails, or you may have to start on the toenails (eeeuuurgh!) Good luck :D :nice1

Good luck. Time will depend on if you have a job offer or not. Also don't be afraid to email your CO once you get allocated one. My experiance is thay are very helpfull and respond within 24hrs and give very good advise. Also any question marks on your medical will get refered to the MA in NZ so that will hold up the process (as i found out)

We are in a similar situation as you- submitted ITA to London (ITA arrived Sept. 5 but website has it logged in Sept. 8)- with 140 points, no job. So its been 4 weeks and we haven't been assigned a CO and haven't heard a thing. We emailed them to ask about timing and they said its 6-8 weeks to be assigned a CO. We are kicking ourselves for not submitting the ITA earlier since the wait to be assigned a CO a few months back was at 2 weeks. I'm not sure if the longer wait is due to an increased number of applicants? I don't know if our ITA is sitting in some lonely stack or if the medicals have even been reviewed...we are trying to be patient.
Does anyone know of the number of points matter once the EOI has been selected? (I know that job offers go much more quickly)
Anyway- good luck!

Hi,
We submitted our ITA 07.08.08 and had heard nothing until we submitted a job offer on Friday.
We then recived an email off what I presume is our CO to ask for copy of Claires employment contract once we recieve it from NZ
It suppose it is possible we had a CO before the job offer and just didnt know, but i doubt it.
The waiting is horrendous isnt it!
Cheers
