The newest thing is adding a percentage to transactions in any currency other than US$. Plus, I just read the fine print on one of my cc agreements, which says "And we can charge whatever exchange rate we want-hah!" (ok, that was a paraphrase).

This would not affect me so much if school didn't want my first semester tuition paid by credit card. Grrrrr....
