Quick question. I know, one of many..:) Do we have to have an interview with NZ immigration like we did for a green card in the USA? We have applied for PR.

Hi, I think it depends on whether or not you have a job offer. We got PR with a job offer and did not need an interview.

^^ Correct. I had a job and we didn't have an interview, but as I understand it, those without a job offer do get interviewed.
