My wife needs to take IELTS and get at least 5.0 score, so she does not have to pay tuition money. If she gets 6.0, her BA degree would give us 20 points more, but she does not have time take the test at this moment and she is not ready for it. She is planning on taking it in a couple of months.
My question is, can we submit our EOI without her IELTS score at this time and provide the score before we were given PR or WTR?
Under IELTS requirement section of EOI, there is a place for comment and I am thinking about writing a short note saying we will provide her IELTS score before we are granted PR. If we could not provide the score by then, we will pay the full tuition money. What do you think about this idea? Thanks.
