Just a quick note to say hello to everyone on this forum. Just found it recently and am finding it very helpful.

I have just received my PR in principle under the partnership policy.My wiofe is a kiwi. My passport was sent to London today for the famous visa.

Now the planning and deciding the best approach to migrating to NZ starts. My wife and myself hope to move across to NZ by latest May next year.

The best years of my life were spent in Somerset West and all my very best friends are still there - so I feel a definite bond. It's a hard place to leave but life moves on!
