Hi all,
Since moving to NZ I've been working as an administrator on a short term contract on an hourly rate. Compared to what I earned at home (comparitive with cost of living) I've been earning a lot less.
I've just seen a job online that I'm very interested in and applying for. It's very similar to what I did at home so I'm going to give it a go. The problem is I've no idea what salary range I should be in. The role is a HR/recruting type role but not in an agency so has no comission - just a salary. I wouldn't be hugely experienced, just a few years but I do have experience in a very similar role.
Has anybody got any suggestions for a salary range? I don't want to go really high and make them not interested but I don't want to say something really low and not get what I could. I'm going to keep an eye out for suitalbe roles over the next month or two so would love to have a salary range in mind when talking to recruiters.
Thanks,
watna
