For each dependent child who will be included in your residence application, please complete a Child supplement Expression of Interest form. Please refer to the Guide under Dependent Children in the section Summary of Terms.

Where is this online? I can't find it! I've partially completed the bit on the EOI is this what they're on about? I find a lot of the guides are as much use as a chocolate fireguard, they seem to send you in circles.

I am assuming that there are a few people on here who have had to fill it in. Does it go with the EOI or the ITA?

When you have put in on the primary applicants part that you have dependent children, the suplimentry children forms come up automaticly
