Got an email from my case officer on Friday at 4 - and I've been approved in principle! YEAH! :nice1 Took about 7 weeks in all.

Just got to send off my passport for blue stickers now...

Was referred to the Medical Assesor becuase of diabetes and operation I had in Aug 07 - but managed to provide enough details on first pass with a letter from GP and my discharge notes from consultant.

Can't say how much a reflief this is. Now onto the serious effort onto applying for jobs etc.
