Okay, so I've calculated my points and with a job offer I'd have 115. Over the magical 100 barrier but only with a job offer.:uhoh
I know find out about the Working To Residence Scheme and wonder if that is the answer to my dilema. Should I apply for a wtr visa rather than submitted an eoi that, currently, doesn't have enough points? Are there limitations with the working towards residence that I should be aware of - other than the 2 year expiry date?
What do potential employers look upon as favourable in a non-nz job applicant (other than evidence they can do they job)?
