Whoopeeeeeee. :D I've exchanged contracts today - complete on 17th September.

Moorf, I will definitely be on your Singapore - Auckland flight. See you soon. Would you believe my boss wants me to work the week before I fly out. Some people.

Fantastic news Sandra :D :D

We'll see you in Singapore - I'm getting really excited now - and we didn't give up the fags in the end either - one thing at a time!!!

Thanks both

You can only put up with one stressful thing at a time Moorf. I think I would need men with strait-jackets if I tried to give up smoking right now

Congrats to all who are exchanging!!! Such exciting news, as it heralds the beginning of your new life in NZ -- no denying it now, eh?

I hesitate to post this, as I will likely jinx it, but I had a call this morning from one of our most interested buyer-types.. she wants to put together an offer this week. So......... we may be joining you on the yippee-we've-exchanged train!!

Thrilled for you all!!! - Rae

Moorf. You will probably find it easier to give up the weed in NZ as it is an expensive habit there. Tis also fast becoming a bit like having Leaprosy I believe.
