We just got an email from our Immigration officer saying that they had excepted our medicals and only have the phone interview to do. Scheduled it for Monday. What are the possible outcomes? PR approved, turned down recommend work permit? I am going to start looking at old treads to see what happened to others with no job offer.
:D

Congrats :cheers Almost there now.
My understanding is that it is really unlikely you'd be rejected at this stage. In all my research before my interview I couldn't find anyone that had been rejected because of the interview. Only 2 possible outcomes IMHO - PR or WTR
Good luck

When did you submit your ITA and did you have a job offer?
Just trying to see what the current wait times are running.

We submitted the ITA September 1st. Heard from our case officer on October 16th asking for a couple more medical tests. Wasn't able to get to the doctor until November 6th. Sent in the results November 11th. Heard back form the case officer November 14th to schedule the interview. I believe we had 125 points on our EOI.

Good luck with your interview!!!
I think granting PR or WTR depends on whether your occupation is in the LTSSL or not in many cases. Do COs seriously believe a short talk can determine anything after providing all the documents about you?
As for me, I'm not afraid of WTR, so an interview doesn't scear me. Take it easily

Good luck!
I'm going to collect our paperwork and x-rays from the doctors who did our medicals and then hand deliver our ITA to NZIS in London tomorrow morning. Getting nervous about not sumitting everything or being rejected fr some reason. If we get as far as an interview I'll be ecstatic.
As others have said, if you've got this far, they are unlikely to turn you down now. I wonder why they bother with face to face interviews?

We just completed the last phase - the interview. She asked all the standard questions about adjusting to life in new zealand, our support systems, cost of living, etc. Overall, we think it went well. Now, it's just time to sit back and wait with our fingers crossed.
