Hello all
My police certificate runs out on December 2nd. Can i put in my ITA without the medicals and send them in later?
Also Can I take my ITA in person to the Christchurch Branch for them to look over? Just wondering how fast they will get the forms and read them to say my police is valid?
Cheers

Can't you get the medical done by the 2nd? We had ours today and now need the bloods. But they only take 2 days.

Got my medicals on Thursday. Hopefully I can book in my Bloods and X-ray quickly. However I am limited by work as Im extremely busy! Then it all depends how quickly the doctor takes to make the report. Im just counting time.

I had my medical done in chch and did the doctors exam, blood and xray all in the same day. Got xray results the same day which I dropped off back to the doctor and the blood results were sent to the doc the next day. He had the whole thing ready for me two days after I went in to see him.
The xray place I went to was in merivale, off papanui road (there's a big sign advertising xrays) near the mcdonalds. No need for an appointment, just walk in with your forms and passport and you're good to go. There's also a place you can get your bloodwork done right next door to them, just off of the hospital (same deal, no appointment necessary)
Oh also, not sure who your case officer is, but i had one when i received my ITA, but then after submitting it changed to a different person (which took about 4 weeks before they notified me). You could always call/email the contact you have now and make an appointment to drop the stuff off. One of the forumites told me previously that they had done this and their CO went through the ITA with them to make sure they'd submitted all the documents.

Not sure if I can answer your question...
But, you have two weeks. I think that's enough time to get done what you need to do :)
