Just wondering if anyone is looking for a fab flat in Christchuch.
Long and short term rental available.:bluebanana
It's a fully furnished with 2 bedroom, modern kitchen & garage in the centre of Christchurch.
The flat is located on Picton Avenue in Riccarton, which is an easy walk to Hagley Park and the city.
If you’re interested send me a PM.

Just to let anyone interested know the flat is not ours, it’s actually the people we have been staying with.
I have to say this couple have really shown us what real Kiwi hospitality is.:yes
A bit of background - we came to Christchurch in Feb 2008 and booked a holiday cottage on the internet for 3 weeks to keep us going until we found a longer term rental. 3 weeks passed and we still had not found anything furnished and we getting a bit worried. Since our stuff was not going to arrive until May...ish and we did not really fancy the deck chair saga for 3 months, having already sent the last 4 months living between parents!!!!
The following week what was our holiday cottage became our rental at a good price too........and we are still there now!!!
We only found out last month that the couple have another pad in town that's just as nice as the one we are staying in.:nice1
It’s really ideal for newbie’s.

My daughter and I arrive in Christchurch on January the 14th 2009 to be precise.
How much is the flat and is there any chance of seeing some pics?
Cheers Helen

Wonder if you'll be on same flight
Sounds absolutely brilliant to us, as we should be settled a bit by then. We're arriving on the 14th and are already looking forward to it!!

Just realised that I forgot to reply to you. The flat looks lovely, but we are more likely to look on the other side of the centre. Thank you very much for pm ing and e-mailing.
