Please could I have some help? Having looked at all the threads about the EOI floor being 110 points at the moment, and having had quite a major (and not pleasant) shock at work today, my OH and I have decided to close our eyes, hold our noses and jump straight into the EOI pool and hope that my 120 points (including work experience) is enough for the moment...

However, I've tried to download the EOI guide from http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/general/formsandfees/formsandguides/residence.htm
When I download it through Firefox, it comes through, but all the characters are squashed together, and it is completely unreadable. When I try the page in Internet Explorer, it doesn't even get as far as downloading, just stalls.

Does anyone have a readable copy that they could email over to me? My email address is jobfoster AT gmail DOT com.

Any help will be greatfully received!

Posted a copy off, maybe its your pdf viewer not installed correctly. If you are still having problems re-install adobe reader off the adobe website.

Many thanks! It still didn't open correctly for me, but lovely Google let me read it as an html, which means that I could copy and paste it into Word.
I'm also getting the Adobe update - I thought I had done that recently, but obviously not... (In fact - really not... The Adobe I was using was V4, and the most recent one is V9 :o)
