Hi,
I m in a fix,
My x-employer not willing to give me experience/refrence letter to support my ITA. But I had already mentioned that employer in terms of job experience and gained points. How to takle in ITA about this? No proof of having employment (i.e Pay slip, appointment letter etc)

Hi there....

How were you paid? If electronically or by cheque, do you have records of payments from the company going into your bank regularly? This would prove that you worked for them. Also, what about the payroll dept? Could they confirm that you were on the payroll for the length of time you have stated on your ITA?

How big is the company? Do they have a HR department that you could get in contact with? Perhaps they could supply you with a copy of the job description, appointment letter etc.

Also as Victoria24, the tax office should be able to help also.

Where is your employer based? In UK employer is legally bound to provide reference. Seems a small company or unhappy employer. Get reference letters from colleagues stating start and end date of job, title and responsibilities if you can. Try to get tax record. If it is uk, and you can not get any record PM me, I might do some thing for you.
