Does anyone have an idea concerning the following?

I was selected with 135 points, including 20 points for my wife’s “Basic Qualifications”. Just hypothetically: if my wife would only get a level 4 qualification assessment (instead of the PAR result of 5), my score would drop down to 115.

Would this mean that I would have to go back to the pool again and wait to be re-selected (despite the fact that everybody down to 110 points has been selected at the time of by draw) or could I still send my ITA?

Thnx

if you get a level 4, check the sub categories as you still may qualify for the points

If you would have been selected anyway with the lower points score then you will remain selected.

yeah, as far as I am aware it's all down to the selection criteria that existed at the time your EOI was selected from the pool so if you get dropped points then they will look at your new points level against the selection criteria for that same selection date and if you would still qualify to be selected then you'll still get ITA - that's what I understand.
